  • Prepare your home to show. The first impression of the buyer is important.
    The house should have “curb appeal”. Nice lawn, flowers, fresh paint, clean
    windows, etc. The inside should be clutter-free so that it will appear larger,
    the home should be clean and neat. Fresh flowers and candles add to the
    home’s appearance.
  • Consider hiring a handyman to fix any unsightly problems.
  • Be prepared to show your home as often as possible.
